Online reservation & pickup
Orders in the online shop are reservations. The purchase contract is concluded on pickup and payment in the salon (cash, card or TWINT). Nothing is shipped.
Reserved items are held for you during the stated period. If not collected, the reservation is cancelled free of charge.
For hygiene reasons, hair extensions and wigs cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.
Appointments
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance (online via the link in your confirmation or by phone).
Prices shown are indicative prices in CHF incl. VAT where applicable. The final price depends on hair length, braid size and material used and is agreed before we start.
