Controller
The controller is the salon named in the legal notice.
Data we process
- Appointments: name, e-mail, phone, service, stylist, date and your notes – to manage and confirm your appointment.
- Shop orders: name, e-mail, phone and items – for reservation and pickup in the salon. No online payment takes place.
- Security: your IP address is only stored in hashed form to prevent abuse and deleted after 30 days.
- Cookies: only technically necessary cookies (cart, session).
Retention
Appointment data is anonymised after 2 years. Orders are kept according to legal retention duties (10 years).
